  • Do you provide telehealth and if so how does it work?
    Yes, we do. For telehealth appointments, you will receive a link either by text or email, and you can also find your provider's link on the contact page of this website . The telehealth platform that we use is HIPPA compliant. Patients are able to have a video call with their provider without giving the communication platform any personal information.
  • Do I need health insurance to be seen?
    No. Self-pay options differ among our various providers. Please call the office to find out if self-pay is an option in your individual circumstance.
  • Do the therapists complete disability or accommodation paperwork?
    Our clinicians will generally not complete disability or accommodation paperwork when that is the purpose of seeking services from us. However, for patients involved in active treatment, such paperwork may be completed. In those circumstances, as this is a service that is usually not covered by insurance, there is often an additional charge.
